Pros

Hour lunch, that’s about it.

Cons

Favoritism is shown constantly here. The longer you’ve been employed, and the more personal information you share about yourself, the more they’ll like you. There was an employee who was late every single day and complained about anything that required work and nothing was ever done because she was basically a “case manager’s pet”. You’re bossed around and micromanaged by someone who doesn’t even have an associates degree.... Everyone talks about others via Skype and instead of actually doing work, everyone sits around and tells “embarrassing stories” or who they’re dating and having sex with. It’s very unprofessional. The reviews that say there isn’t drama were probably the ones involved in the office drama. The culture meetings are a waste of time and include playing games in the garage and they wonder why they have to force over time. They will tell you over time is optional but then give you crappy cases if you refuse to work over time. I got offered a career in my degree field and I guess they didn’t like that, so they told me I could go ahead and pack up my stuff. Which was clearly a huge relief to me. There’s a reason this company has 2 stars (:

Pros

Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

Cons

Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

Pros

This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

Cons

- Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
