Pros

Literally these are the only two rules and requirements at Delta Group. It's that simple. The simplicity of these to "rules" help maintain the foundation for what is absolutely the best culture in the business. Delta Group doesn't talk about culture, we build it and live it every day. Full time employees have open PTO and accrued sick time. Full time investigators are offered a "minimum hours guarantee" to help combat seasonality and other unpredictable industry challenge. We provide competitive benefits and compensation, and access to leadership at all times. Did I mention the founders (we've been in business 42 years) still enjoy mentoring and teaching the team via monthly leadership calls aimed at individual and team growth and comradery?

Cons

None. Make no mistake, we're not perfect and it's still "work" every day. But having worked for several of the largest players in this industry, Delta Group is hands down and quite literally the best of the best.

Pros

Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

Cons

Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

Pros

This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

Cons

- Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
