Sometimes we get bad eggs in terms of individuals who come in as agents or even mid level managers. As do all companies. However, we do our very best to weed out bad apples prior to hiring or we locate them fast and get them out quick. We are always looking at ways to do a better job in training our employees and making sure through self and external auditing that we are providing a reliable service to our clients.
