Pros
Very friendly atmosphere, benefits are respectable, raises (although meager) are given out yearly along with cash and stock bonuses (also meager).
Cons
Upper management gives themselves large bonuses and raises while workers near the bottom receive very little of either. There is very little, if any, room for growth or ability to move up within the company. Pay scale is far below the national average in certain departments.
