zero. this place sucks. youre gonna travel and have no life and they work you like a dog. these clowns make you get up to fly out super early in the am and work you super late at night climbing multiple towers a day. expect to get up at like 7, climb towers and drive all over and not get done until like 8-9. pay is not worth it

terrible management, zero regard for employee well being. youre treated like youre disposable. dont go into the tower industry, youll hate it. they will lie to you. zero work life balance. youll live on the road and stay in crappy hotels and the management doesnt really care about you. company is a bunch of crooks. they only care about a profit. worst company i have ever worked for by a huge margin.
