Pros
Management is supportive of growth within your position and the company but you need a proven track record. There is a work/life balance, and there are many excellent hard working people who hold down the fort everyday as coworkers. This is not a giant conglomerate of a company, you are not lost in the anonymous layers of the company, and good workers can rise to the top. There is personal outreach and support to some employees by the upper management that is never mentioned in reviews. There is a heart in this company, but the daily pressure of recruiting and making your quotas is not for everyone. Vacation/holiday/sick day are pretty good when compared to other companies.
Cons
As in any company your experience will vary depending on your immediate manager/upper management supervisors, and that experience runs the gamut. There are no performance reviews. Health benefits could be better/more affordable to the employee.
