      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, not micromanaged, good work/home balance. Managers work well together and employees. Willing to train for new opportunities.

      Cons

      Old technology which they refuse to uprade. Poor benifits with getting only 1 week vacation after a year and 2 after 10 years. I've never heard of this.

      Ok benefits, company parties and popcorn fridays

      Cons

      Hours aren't consistent, benefits are somewhat pricey, drama and childish bickering. Last minute overtime or hour cuts out of the blue.
