Bullying culture right from the top. The owner Alim is a bully, He should never be allowed to run a company. He only employes HR and Ops leads that will continue his micro management and bullying style. They will make you work for free and refuse to support anybody who needs help. This company breaks so many laws and needs to be brought down. How KFC allows them to operate under their name is absolutely crazy. All their good reviews is from head office staff that they force to give positive reviews. DO NOT WORK HERE. I sincerely hope that demipower and all it's dodgy other subsidiary names get exposed and brought down. And they also force managers to do illegal things with expiry dates etc. You get told daily that if you don't comply you will get sacked.
