      Pros

      worked way more hours than was stated in the interview process. Regional managers are unwilling to help lower management.

      Cons

      Rude upper management. Company values are not what they say. This company does not value their employees. The money isn't enough for the hours you put in. Managers are more like server assistants.

      - struggling to think of one - occasionally good money - humbling experience

      Cons

      - bad management - rude and entitled clientele - pay is usually bad - the food is terrible, i could not even stomach a meal there even though it was free.
