Honestly, the only pro was SOME of the people you worked with, because they had similar feelings to you.

ZERO growth opportunities, micromanagement and favouritism by senior staff, little understanding how processes/procedures operated. Very low salary for the amount of work you were asked to undertake and expected to work very long hours. Staff turnover is also VERY high for a business of it's size. However, when staff leave work is then distributed among the team that's left, with little to no support at all.

People are great job interesting
