Pros
Loved most of my coworkers, decent work/life balance once certain people left the company. Worked for five years and excelled but was never allowed a chance to move up so moved on.
Cons
Pay is below market, company is losing properties by the handful, upper management is more concerned with whom to blame things on over coming up with new ideas and solutions. Zero chance to move up.
