I strongly advise candidates to think carefully before joining Deqode. The company may offer an attractive salary package during hiring, but job stability and project support can be very uncertain. During the hiring process, candidates may be told that the company has many ongoing projects and that they should not worry about future assignments. However, once you complete your current project, you may be expected to find another internal project on your own. If you are unable to secure one quickly, there is a real risk of being asked to leave the company. In my experience, even though company norms suggest around 45 days for employees to find a new project after completing one, the actual time given can sometimes be much shorter—around 15–20 days. This creates unnecessary pressure and uncertainty for employees.
