      great place to learn and grow, excellent work environment, opportunity to make alot of money if you work in sales but this depends heavily on your commission and sales

      basic salary is low, work/life balance is not the best

      Pros

      You'll meet alot of Good people there, you will learn alot. the directors are amazing people who have great faith in people with potential. The CEO is transparent person and really friendly.

      Cons

      Salary could be a bit higher, although a really amazing medical insurance coverage, flexibility is bit tight within the organization
