      Pros

      Derivco invest well in their staff, offering great a EAP programme and benefits. There is a great group of people to work with, many having been with the business for a long time. The teams are supportive, friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      So many lunch options when working in the office that it makes it hard to choose :)

      The system is pretty massive and supports products in many markets, so there are plenty of opportunities for growth in almost any area. Also many brilliant people working here.

      Cons

      The company is global so working across time zones can be difficult.
