      Supportive coworkers, access to great resources, nice environment in general.

      Director doesn't care much about employees, pays much lower than other districts, no room to move up

      Great environment to work. Love to work with the people outside of department. Everyone is super helpful

      Cons

      Youth department is very stiff for a department for kids. When you're new they are very unwelcoming and uninvolved.
