It feels structured, mature, and built for long-term success. Pros: • Talented and humble people across the board • Many experts have joined, which makes sense given our current growth phase • Truly cosmopolitan culture — definitely not a “French-only” company! • Attractive and fair compensation, well aligned with the market • Overall a very positive employee experience, with an office life • The company is in good shape and performing well • The work is interesting and intellectually rewarding.
