CEO & other staff were very caring about their employees. The atmosphere at work was wonderful. Upper management trusted me to complete projects, etc.

No cons really except that there were no health benefits. The job was busy - which is not a con if you like to stay busy!

Many employees care a lot about their clientele.

Narcissistic and unreliable owner talks over employees and bumrushes clients into services they don't want. Clinical Director is his toady and never protects her people, just repeats everything he says. Expect to get tossed under a bus if he gets in a bad mood. Pay is VERY low and hours are minimal-- you are expected to have constant availability but no guaranteed hours. Prospect of full time is dangled in front of employees for years. It's sad that caring about the people you serve is not enough to make up for the ulcers the disrespectful, stress inducing management gives you.
