      Good range of stores to see and varied product range

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the extreme. Below industry pay & no leave loading, no living away from home allowance paid, all included in your salary regardless of your time away. Expected to work overtime without pay. Very high staff turnover, about 60% in last 12 months.

      Pros

      Design Group is a great place to work, everyone is so friendly and it doesn't matter what position you hold everyone is treated with respect. The new office is so lovely, It's great to be close to cafe's, it's easy to get to as it's so close to Eastlink. I'm proud to show my customers our new Head Office, Showroom and Warehouse. The vibe and culture is awesome. All ideas and out of the box thinking to improve and perform efficiently are discussed and considered, I feel confident I can share my ideas and they will be heard. .

      Cons

      It's hard to think of anything negative, if I had to say one thing it would be that sometimes we are let down by delivery drivers, but that is rare and they are a third party,
