Business outlook
Pros
The owners really are caring and involved with the business and help lead to it's success. It's impressive to get to work on a large global brand, all while, from the Midwest.
Cons
The management team can be strong, but that said, they need to find strength in other areas and use it to support the team rather than belittle. There's a lot of cattiness, and a lot of 'busy' filler work, when we are truly too busy to always permit our time to this area.
