Great people and great culture.

I have no cons so far.

The directors I've worked with are good with people. They don't easily kick people out. A lot of consideration from higher management (mostly directors).

Some managers are just toxic - they don't treat you like people. They will treat you like robots. The workload and deadlines can be very unreasonable. Some managers will even humiliate ppl and won't admit to their errors. They love to jump into conclusions without learning the facts. Seems like you have no voice here. No holidays. You get transferred a lot, sometimes they won't even ask first if you want to be transferred. No other benefits aside from PTO that is hard to get approved.
