      Other reps care. Mgmt did care but the new leadership pushed those guys out. Now we are left with nobody.

      Leadership has bailed on it's reps and docs. Now feels like a direct to consumer company with little benefits to reps

      Pros

      Leadership actively supported when troubles or challenges occurred, which I found was frequent with a growing business. Great products, generous product allotment and good earning potential.

      Cons

      Older systems that slowed down the review and management of territory.

      Great education on products, lots of free supplements

      Cons

      Reduced base pay substantially from when I started at the company. Left due to drastic reduction in pay when company forced sales associates to become employees rather than than independent contractors. Base pay went from 10k per month to down to 5k.
