I learned a lot and was able to talk to the CEO of the company. The company focuses a lot on teamwork and you will not only learn about the software you are selling but good life skills that you can apply in other places. Overall it is a great place to work.

From day 1 , they will put you to a task and expect you to deliver. They won’t give you any formal training or knowledge transfer. They keep changing technology every 2 weeks and will never allow you to settle down. Managers are programmers here and they feel very insecure if you come up with new ideas. CEO is a puppet of these managers as he has to reply on them. Manager will keep you busy with some stuff which is not important and will never involve you in any meetings and discussions. They take arrogantly pride of being managers and programmers both and will let you down if you say something against them. I would not recommend this company if you already have decent job.
