Pros
Deskera paints a pretty picture for you and gives promises of bonus that never come to fruition. Working environment among my group is good - you are bonded by your woes. You’re stuck and there’s nowhere to go. 3 to 12 months notice period.
Cons
The company hires university graduates at standard rates of 3-3.5k. In the contract there are a couple of fiercely restrictive non-compete clause that prevents you from ever being employed by any other company you’ve interacted with. Overtime is typical and unpaid. A typical “executive” goes home at 9pm. Bosses are all Indian and their face changes 180 degrees after you join. It is a messy & anger filled workplace that is poisonous to oneself.
