If you are a fresher and you don't have other options then you can join Deskera and do not sign contract otherwise you will stuck for minimum two years. If you have experience and you prefer proper work life balance this company is not for you. They will ask you to work for 13-14 hours a day and give you 9 hours salary. The management pressure is very high because they want to prove themselves in front of CEO without doing anything. If VPs or Team leaders called you, you have to receive their call at any cost even if in late night or in weekends. If you fail to receive call be prepare for termination letter or extra task. If you are married or you have a girlfriend please take divorce or breakup with your girlfriend before joining to this company. Because you are asked to work at least 13-14 hours a day and also in weekends. Previously the environment was really good with some exceptions (every organisation has this kind of people! ) I heard it from old people but two years back company recruited new VPs, Managers and Team Leaders all are from Service background. All these so called team leaders/VPs suck your blood without doing anything and If you except some information or knowledge from them they will provide you youtube tutorials or some web links. All are joined from references from higher management VP person. They have fired very old persons who had completed 10 years in organisation. Organisation does't care about how many years you dedicated to them. The environment is very toxic. Everyone is busy doing politics (not only on middle level but on higher level also) . They don't care about people AFTER MY REVIEW I KNOW THERE WILL BE 5-10 POSITIVE FALSE REVIEWS FROM COMPANY. They have full time employee in Singapore who is adding positive false reviews after one negative review. everyone in company knows this.
