Sorry to hear this; we ask all parents during the booking process many prequalifying questions to help select the right sitters, including whether any of the children have special needs. We ask parents medical issues, food allergies or any behavioral issues the sitter needs to be aware of. If a parent does not disclose this information to us, it does a disservice to the child and the sitters. Unfortunately some parents are not forthcoming with their child/children's issues. Otherwise, we have sitters for all children, including special needs, multiple languages, etc. Please let us know if you are on a sit and again find that a parent was not forthcoming about any issues that would have let us both be better prepared, and we will call the parents right away.
