Great product(s). CEO is a visionary, built a successful company. Marketing strategy is different but engages the whole higher education industry. They focus on a segment of the market that is growing. Solid, services, support and sales teams. They are a small company that operates like a large software company.

The product(s) are not a true multi-tenant SaaS platform. "Fun" is not a part of the culture. Leaders do not encourage employees to take risks. While the marketing strategy engages the whole industry, it does not translate into qualified leads. The sales team is considered overhead. No retirement planning benefit. Integration with enterprise software providers like (Ellucian, Oracle, and Salesforce)
