My experience at Det-Tronic was unfortunately marred by a deeply toxic work environment. Production managers displayed blatant favoritism, creating a hostile and unfair atmosphere for employees. Good employees, those who worked hard and dedicated themselves to their roles, often suffered greatly at the hands of these managers. Their efforts were not valued, and they were subjected to unfair treatment and even mistreatment. This toxic environment had a significant negative impact on morale and productivity. It's a shame, as the potential for a positive and rewarding work experience at Det-Tronic was clearly overshadowed by the negative influence of these managers.
