Routinely don't get any lunch/breaks while working 12 hour shifts. Medical benefits are a joke from what they used to be just 5 years ago. Vacation policy is a complete joke (they take a third of your vacation days and put them into a "sick bank" which you can't use unless you've been sick three days in a row; otherwise you just keep burning your regular vacation).
