Ever since Tenet took over this hospital system has taken a serious nose dive. So many staff nurses have left that we are often short and have to take higher patient ratios. High up executives round units each morning with their useless checklists to "improve" the surroundings of the unit, when it's just in fact mindless and useless decisions that they're making and constantly making our jobs harder and worse. This system constantly moves around hospital presidents and executives from one hospital to the next. This hospital system is in need of a serious "clean up" of these executives making these "valuable" decisions. Tenet is constantly cutting, cutting, cutting to make a profit in exchange for poor and unsafe patient care. Terrible company.
