If you’re and Lpn the RN take advantage of you. They treat you like you’re stupid. I watched an LPN come to help and she was disrespected from the time she came in until she left. Funny thing is the lady who wanted to be mean and rude was mad the Lpn explained that the patient was declining. Before the end of shift the patient coded. This could have been fixed if she would have listened to the Lpn who rounded on all the patients when she came on the floor.
