Pros
You will gain a TON of knowledge and experience working here. If you’re willing to put your head down and work really hard for a year or two, you can walk away with $20k - $40k more in experience (but probably not in pay).
Cons
No structure. Complete chaos. Wages far below industry average. No 401k. Health insurance so bad you’re better off buying your own elsewhere. Lots of drama. Good managers don’t last long. You’ll be expected to work nights and weekends. Leadership is petty and vindictive when conflict arises. Bad environment for mental health.
