After the October 7 attack, we were expected to continue with internal update meetings as if nothing had happened. The day after the tragedy, many of us were visibly emotional, yet our manager was focused solely on lead generation, showing a complete lack of compassion. For weeks after, I struggled with the aftermath of the event, but received no support or understanding from management. Instead, I was let go just six weeks later. On top of this, the product itself is flawed. They often resorted to using misleading screenshots to make it appear as if the software was functioning correctly, when in reality it wasn’t. Highly disappointing experience overall.

A super interesting market, and the team here is laser-focused on driving success. But above all, it’s clear—the person comes first.
