Pros
Loved the team I worked with directly.
Cons
Work Style: The role requires a high volume of outbound calls (275 per day) and doesn't leverage real-time data to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs). This resembles a call center environment more than a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) position. There's minimal training provided for Skill Bridge. Compensation & Benefits: The overall compensation package, including base salary and On-Target Earnings (OTE), falls below the industry standard. Separation: There's no severance package offered, which could create financial hardship when leaving the company. Especially those that are single source income and provide to dependents. Transparency: While transparency is listed as a company value, it seems to be one-sided in practice. Employee Retention: The sales team experiences high turnover. Which was explained to be the opposite when asked during the hiring process.
