No one speak Hindi or English. I don't know how sales team works as you can't sale software in your mother tongue. HR is so intelligent that after leaving company I have called her thousand times but always she reply that she don't have any update of my salary. CEO is so committed that starting from salary day to next ten days he will visit to the complex of office but not to the office. After asking completion of 45 days of my exit from the company, I visited to the office and asked for my salary and got reply from MD that they don't have funds. There was a mail from management that current employees will receive salary of October-November 2016 on January 2017. All the best whom so ever want to joint.

Well, only one cons that all the positive review over here are just fake. Just visit to the office before you join and have some conversation with current employ who are just not confirm about receiving their last two month salary.

You'll have alot of free time because everyone is paid only on contracts so if sales team can't get any work or jobs for you'll you've have no work other than twiddle thumb or play with phone and you'll also learn the value of money! Good experiance for a fresher because you'll learn valuable lesson in how it shouldn't be done in office environment

Alot, you'll go hungry because like others say company policy get paid 2 months behind and no fixed salary and you'll learn to work long hours and nothing much to show and patience will be tested to the absolute limit like how mine was and get stressed and leave or become freelancer
