They had a great work-life balance, and the people at the Lab were nice overall.

The location was not Ideal for work

The mission of the company focusing on social justice

At the time I worked there the mentorship program ended and I am unsure if it will ever be renewed but I consier it is of great service for the Non Profits involved so I hope they get it back
