Pros

They will interview very easily so that you will pass the rounds

Cons

They will say you to accept offer letter and resign from your company, once you resign that company. Dew software game is on, They will say to sign one clause that you can't interview with other company otherwise your offer letter will be revoked, in fear you will sign and you will keep interviewing if you get any offer they will send you legal notice to harrass you mentally and fonally you will ended up be joining them. Once you join after 10months they will fire you by saying cantract is completed.

Miscommunication About Job Location: Initial communications suggested a role at the HQ but was later asked to relocate to Casa Grande, AZ, without prior notice. Unexpected Shift Work: Not informed prior to joining that the position involved shift work outside of standard 9am-5pm hours. Transportation Challenges: Casa Grande location lacks public transport options, making commuting difficult. Poor Communication Regarding Client Decisions: Experienced delays and lack of clear communication regarding interview outcomes, background checks, and job start dates.
