      Pros

      Great place to learn. Sr. mgmt promotes creativity. Little to no ego working environment. (not a title-based company) The least corporate bureaucratic working environment that I've worked for.

      Cons

      Lots of work, lots of change, all happening at once. Changes happen before proper communications is funneled from the top.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
