-Entry Level Manufacturing Starting pay insufficient for anything more than Individual Medical coverage. -Points based "De-Merit" system. -Manufacturing operates 24/7 with 12hr/80 work schedule- Sat / Sun cutoff- If your life revolves around Weekend family activities , this is Not the place for you.
