Your peers are awesome. The team you have are great people. Great product and good concept.
Cons
Poor HR. Very weak. Does not know her job. Make up rules as she goes along. Think she knows everything. Hire manager that does not know how to manager. The supervisor and lead run the show. Lack of support and make false promises. Hr will tell you one thing and then doesn't go through with it. Very unfair pay raises.
