- Great colleague : smart yet down to earth and helping - Great opportunities for growth and learning, Amazing bio-chemistry and electronics tech, Very high future, uses everything latest in any filed software, electronics, manufacturing, bio-chemistry, data science etc - Very good performance quarter after quarter - Good product lines and good company wide collaborations.
Cons
- Lacking company get-together parties - Need to adopt some silicon valley structure in terms of employee perks (San diego seems to be next Silicon Valley target - at least for the Medical and wireless industry)
