      Pros

      Give people with diabetes and their doctors the best tools to manage their care. Solve interesting problems with cool tech. Coworkers and management are supportive. Salary is reasonable.

      Cons

      Still uses sick time and PTO instead of flexible time off. Benefits (especially health and vision insurance) can be a pain to work with. Salaries aren’t competitive with other remote jobs.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
