1) You're on a basic salary of £14k. They will justify it by saying you'll make so much money (which you won't) 2) The average fee you take home on a house is really low because they charge sellers a low fee just to get the property on the market. 3) I wasn't, but my colleague was bullied by the directors to the point they were shaking and crying on the way to home visits (never seen anything like it) 4) You only get 2 days off every other week. So on one week you'll work Monday -Sat, off Sunday and back on Monday. It's awful 5) In order to avoid paying a higher basic they created a system where if you don't have any deals go through i.e your take home is just £1.1k they will "borrow" you money in order to bring you up to the standard however as soon as you make that money back, it's deducted from your payslip automatically (CRAZY) . 6) You will not take home £40-50k not matter how hardworking, ambitious or determined you think you are. They are selling you a dream Dexters is not a company worth working for. If you do accept a role here, get the experience and then get out. Plenty other better agents to work for.
