Pros

there are none....this company needs to CLOSE DOWN...please STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN......this company is the WORSE COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN THE TRUCKING BUSINESS PERIOD.......

Cons

there is 100 of them......but lets start with the fact that this job has NO HELPER for drivers.....and they send you on routes STACKED TO THE CEILING with product with no order packets BOXES ARE EVERYWHERE N ANYWHERE...all the pallets be top heavy spilling over and falling apart like crackers do in fingers......second....this company deos not care about DOT LAWS.....they want you to work 15-16 hours a day or more......5 to 6 days a week.....and when you try n say.....youve been working 15 hours EVERY DAY....the dispatch and managers will argue with you....and tell u you have to finish your route......you could have started at 4am........its 9pm at night.....there 6 or 7 people calling your phone....telln you to finish your route

Pros

Pay for non-CDL drivers is between $850 and $1,200. For CDL drivers, you can earn a couple thousand dollars a week. Free health insurance. Free uniforms. Pension. A cheap pension, but still a pension. It's a great place to work if you show up and do your job. If you keep messing up, expect to be let go.

Cons

Long hours High employee turnover rate Management sucks Pay is not an hourly rade for cdl so no over time for them
