Pros
The company has seen a big transition over the last year, transitioning-out some employees that were holding the company back - now there is a great new energy, similar to when I first started with the company. Management, and really almost everyone, is always supporting each other. Good benefits and flexibility.
Cons
It is still a startup operation, so things change quickly, and you are definitely personally-responsible for getting things done.
