Pros

No Experience-friendly, pays almost well and even earlier than cut-off, WFH

Cons

Doesn't follow the legal process (i.e floating), Mass-hires almost every applicant and does hiring frequently, then when calls/emails are low volume, daily quotas are doomed, so dread FTO / Floating, even HR officers don't know what they're doing

Pros

The company offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and provides opportunities to develop adaptability and self-direction in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

The work environment is characterized by frequent shifts in direction and a lack of consistent leadership communication. Employees may be held accountable for outcomes that change after instructions are given, which can make expectations unclear. Compensation and commission processes were inconsistent, and questions regarding pay were difficult to resolve in a constructive manner. Leadership maintains heavy involvement across all departments, limiting autonomy and making long-term success challenging. Feedback is often delivered in a way that does not support employee development. Prospective employees should also be aware that underrepresented employees, including women, may experience these challenges more acutely. Advice to Job Seekers: Those seeking a stable, well-structured environment with predictable expectations may wish to proceed with caution.
