      Pros

      Good to multitasking and pick up thing fast, because the team is not big especially in project team.

      Cons

      Chinaman culture, pay 1 person salary but assign you with 3 persons workload. Your increment, project bonus and promotion depend on your boss's appetite on you. No assessment, no skill check, no professional cert needed. Stingy in providing external training like professional cert to employees, they prefer to give those relevant cert job to 3rd party contractor instead of growing their own staff.

      Pros

      Great company with plenty of room to grow for the company and career wise. Strong Emphasis on developing and keeping talents here

      Cons

      Company grew to quickly, trouble dealing with small company mentality with big ambitions. But some people are on board, but many seniors are still far behind . Last i remembered they were implementing programs to fix this.
