Patients and co-workers. PTO is decent but I’m sure they will be decreasing that as well in the near future.
Cons
Horrible management Little to no training and then expected to work independently in small remote units Benefits have been downsized. Health insurance is a joke and 401k matching has been decreased to 0.25% which is sad for a company of this size and growth. No raises in past 18 months and have been informed raises will now be based on annual reviews however annual reviews are non-existent. Dialyze Direct does very little to absolutely nothing to show appreciation to their staff. Nurses and PCT’s are treated poorly with not even an email from management for nurses week. They do not afford you the opportunity to take breaks or a lunch but they will deduct your lunch regardless. Overall this is a poorly run company that shows absolutely no appreciation for their staff.
