From the very beginning, Diamond saw my potential and believed in me, promoting me without hesitation. That belief gave me the confidence to grow, and it’s a big part of why I stay. Here, my ideas are heard, my efforts are recognized, and my hard work is celebrated. Although we work in a remote set-up, we’re given the budget and opportunities to come together for fun engagements that keep us connected. We have an open-door policy that welcomes real conversations, and the support and encouragement we receive—both professionally and personally—are truly unmatched. Working from home has also given me one of the greatest gifts: I no longer feel the mom guilt of missing out on my son’s school activities.
