The Directors are truly the best — I had the privilege of working directly with Abhyuday Sir, Vijaysree Ma’am, and HKG Sir. Their vision is impeccable, and they genuinely care for employees. As salesHR, I work under VP HR, Arnab Majumdar Sir, whose vision and resilience have shaped me tremendously for the future. Work-life balance is excellent, which is rare in FMCG. The sales team I work closely with always makes me feel valued. Strong job stability, brand name, Great exposure to FMCG operations and culture — I’ve learned so much here. Amazing colleagues across departments; I’ve built lifelong friendships. Truly one of the best places to learn, grow, and contribute.

Trainings could be implemented more regularly. Rewards and recognition programs can be further improved. More HR tools and systems could be introduced to make processes even smoother.

Nothing is good for this Organisation.

Every thing is bad of this Organisation. 1.They hire you at first without telling that you will be under commision instead of salary after completing the probation. 2. Any time company can kick you out from the system just giving some excused. They alsways support their seniors and dont want to listen down the line's opinion. Any time GM, sales can point out the fingers to any one to kick him out if he dont like theat concern person and his likings depend upon his though about the concern person but surprisingly not always performance. He never listen that person's view as well as he will not give you any support which you require.
