If you too good at the office, it might make an assistant jealous. If someone does not like you for no reason, it follows without a reason. Very poor management and handling. There is no reason to work here long-term. They pay is not good and they are open to replacing you quickly if you make a mistake. I am certified and they were already trying to get someone to become certified so they can fire me. I left to work at a private office and forgot to leave a review to make sure no other assistant ever returns. No matter how hard you try, it will never be enough even for a company that is low-pay.
